Before: ~190lbs (September 2012)

Current: ~180lbs (November 2013)

Phenom:3 Project was a big hit last time with those who brought the program into their training regimen. As far as updates go, this is a big one because Phenom:3 V2 is currently being produced and is going to be cheaper, and more plug and play for less experienced people. I am going through the program again and making the adjustments as necessary. I took three or so months of with another addition to my family and in the process lost 20lbs or so. I am currently making progress to get back to my ideal weight (~190lbs) and I am doing this via Phenom:3 V2. Check back for more updates as they come.

Also, check out a new blog that a few like minded individuals and I have started.

This picture is notably called “Deva-Lution”

Paleo Devan has been with the Phenom:3 Project before the P3 became what it is today. Devan came to me with the goals of weight loss, bodyfat reduction, and strength/size gains. I gave him the tools necessary to achieve these goals and he was 100% committed to my program. Devan is someone who’s life has transformed because of his dramatic change; Devan wants to compete in an amateur bodybuilding competition early next year so we are currently in go mode for size gains while maintaining below 8% BF. Once he nears the competition we will be dropping that BF % gradually until we reach optimum levels for the show. I am super excited to be working with Devan as he is proof that when someone sets their mind to something, they can achieve given they are motivated (yes, motivation is a key factor in program adherence).

Here are some of blog posts I did on Devan that tracked his progress.

Yes, I am the mastermind behind the Phenom:3 Project but I am also a user.  In the past six months I have gained 20lbs and have continued to get stronger, more muscular, and have excelled on bodyweight exercises even with the extra weight. I back my programs 100% and so do many others I have worked with in the past, as well as my current clients. Contact me if interested in becoming a Phenom:3.

Phenom:3 Project

Eric1

The Phenom:3 Project is 15 years in the making; taking the best of what I have learned over the years and packing it into one of the best strength and conditioning programs I have ever produced and followed. Whether your goals are to lean out, get huge, or get huge while leaning out; this program can be custom tailored to fit the needs of any body type and can be modified to suit your individual goals. P3 is the perfect blended program utilizing exercise science as well as applied knowledge and experience. While using this program you will be in constant contact with me so I can provide the best feedback for you with regards to nutrition and program questions and/or adjustments. This is a very unique program and the results are real; the proof is in the pudding. This is a strength program with a mixture of GPP; so be sure you will get strong and gain lean mass in the process.

Program Name: Phenom:3 Project (P3- Online Strength and Conditioning Program)

Program Length: Three Months or 36 workouts (Programs will cycle every three months)

Program Cost: $30 for three months (includes monthly program and unlimited q+a with me, a constant feedback loop is crucial to program adherence). As soon as payment is received you will get an email from me with the program as well as more detailed information regarding the program.

Program Schedule: Three days a week (M/W/F, or T/TH/S); the program does follow a linear progression. Details will be included with program.

Disciples: I don’t want people doing my program if they aren’t  going to work hard and put in the time necessary for the training. In other words, I am not offering this program just to make some coin, I want people interested in getting bigger, leaner, and stronger and doing whatever is necessary to get there.

Knowledge: In order to do most of the program you must have  knowledge of these very important exercises.

  • Deadlift
  • Squat (Front and Back)
  • Cleans/Snatches
  • Bench Press
  • Standing Press

The rest of the exercises in the program are either bodyweight exercises or accessory exercises; both of which are a little easier to learn.
